I’ve founded this website several years ago due to my innate curiosity to try out new things, to constantly make changes that would have a positive impact on myself and others, and to learn as much as I can not only from my mistakes but also from those of other people who have gone through difficult times in life and managed to come back stronger, wiser, and with an inspiring story to share.

ChangeHaving studied personal development for several years now, I thought to gather my knowledge so far and create a collection of articles addressed to those who aim to live up to their full potential, who dare to color outside the lines, who are willing to take risks, and who are not afraid to fail because they know that every failure is just a feedback and a learning opportunity that will take them closer to success.

I believe that one of the most important things in life is to never stop learning, as Robert Herjavec, who’s one of my influencers, explains in the video below. Nowadays, when all the information we need is at our fingertips, there are plenty of things we can do to stay educated and keep our knowledge up to date – and even challenge or question our old views and beliefs, as it’s always good to see things from a different perspective.

Some of the reasons why constant learning is in your best interest are as follows:

• Self-improvement leads to mastery. There’s no way to master anything without always looking for ways to improve;
• If you don’t use it, you lose it.
When you’re accustomed to learning new things you’re also becoming more adaptable to change;
• Increased self-confidence.
You may surprise yourself at what you can do and achieve when you put your mind to a new challenge;
• It broadens your view.
When you’re always learning, you have a stronger knowledge base to approach problems from a different angle, and make better decisions more quickly and confidently;
• You will become happier.
Several studies have shown that the more ambitious goals you set and achieve, the happier you are. Therefore, personal development is probably the most important way to gain serenity from within.

Success means different things to different people. For some, it’s all about status and wealth – while for others it’s about living life to the fullest. Ideally, everyone should have their own standard of success, and everyone else should accept the differences of others. To me, success is creating the life that you want by loving what you do, helping others to grow and adding value while adhering to your core guiding principles.

Success isn’t just about what you accomplish in your life, it’s about what you inspire others to do. ~ Anonymous
